- Secretary/Office Coordinator

Every Secretary/office Coordinator at the company:
Manage and assist in all administrative processes of the office assigned, in order to maintain an appropriate internal management that fulfills the company’s procedures and policies. Ensure that all preventive actions and maintenance are running as expected Scope of Action: His/Her own assigned tasks, suppliers, other support areas, and the company as a whole.
Attending phone calls, coordinate the delivery of orders, receipt of invoices and means of payment;request data for transfer.
Responsible for assembling and following up on all office purchase requests such as groceries, kitchen utensils, cleaning products, among others.
Responsible for the use, management, and control of the cash within the company, as well as control the general inventory of non-technological assets.
ACollaborate in the management and coordination of employees and visitors travel arrangements.
Support in the management, organization and monitoring of the cleaning team.
Attend meeting and visitors requirements by controlling that all necessary materials are available(blackboard, tableware, food, overhead projector, room order, etc.)
Ensure that all preventive actions and maintenance are running as expected (extinguishers, expiration, refills / emergency lights / air conditioners / fire alarm system and sprinklers / emergency doors / bath extractors).
Control and Management of local providers.
-At least 4 years of working experience in similar jobs.
– Knowledge of administrative processes and practices
-Intermediate to advanced Technical skills with SM Office, preferably Excel.
– English Level -Intermediate
